  • I will arrive in a different car than the one specified in the reservation. What should I do?

    You can change the license plate number using the 'Manage Reservation' link available in the confirmation email.If you don’t manage to update the information in time – no worries. The QR code will still allow entry to the parking, even if the license plate number is different from the one originally provided.

  • I've exceeded the parking time specified in my reservation. What next?

    Overtime payment methods vary by property. Details can be found in your booking confirmation.

  • Is on-site assistance available?

    You can contact support 24/7 using the help button located on parking devices. Some car parks also have offices with staff available on-site.

  • Is parking free for disabled persons?

    Designated spaces are available but are subject to standard parking fees.

  • Is the Pcard+ free?

    Yes, the first Pcard+ is free. A refundable deposit of PLN 10 is required for identity verification.

  • My subscription card is lost or damaged. What should I do?

    Report it to abonamenty@interparking.com. A replacement fee will apply according to your agreement.

  • What are the benefits of the Pcard+?

    The Pcard+ offers a number of benefits for users of Interparking parking lots. Primarily, it allows you to take advantage of preferential rates – discounts of up to 30%. It allows you to enter and exit parking lots without collecting a ticket, avoiding queues at payment machines. Additionally, after linking the card to the vehicle's license plate number, the system automatically recognizes the license plate and opens the barrier, making parking even faster and more convenient.

  • What are the opening hours of the car parks?

    Most of our car parks are open 24/7. To check the operating hours of a specific car park, please refer to its description on our website.

  • What happens if I arrive earlier or later than my reservation time?

    City car parks allow a 30-minute early entry tolerance, while airport car parks allow up to 6 hours. You can also enter at any time during your reservation period.

  • What is the duration of a subscription contract?

    Subscriptions are indefinite with a one-month notice period.
