- How do I file a complaint?
Use the contact form on our website or email bok@interparking.com.
- How do I get a Pcard+?
Visit www.pcard.pl to order your card.
- How do I get a receipt?
Receipts are available only during payment at the automatic payment machine. Select the appropriate option when paying.
- How do I get a subscription?
Choose your preferred car park and fill out the subscription form online. Note: subscriptions are not available at all locations
- How do I get an invoice for an online booking?
To receive an invoice, please select the “I want an invoice” option during the online booking process and provide the required billing details. If this option is not being selected, an e-receipt will be automatically issued for the reservation. The issuance of an e-receipt makes it impossible to issue a company invoice at a later stage. Invoices for companies will be issued via KSeF, while invoices for individuals will be sent in PDF format to the email address provided in the order.
- How do I get an invoice for parking?
To receive an invoice, it is necessary to have a receipt. Please send a scan of the receipt to bok@interparking.com, including the details for the invoice. Invoices for companies will be issued via KSeF, while invoices for individuals will be sent in PDF format to the email address provided in the order.
- How do I get an invoice for the Pcard app?
Invoices are issued based on the data entered in the Pcard app. Business details are not accepted. Email bok@interparking.com to request an invoice.
- How do I pay for parking?
You can pay at automatic payment machines using cash or card. Check the parking description for other payment options.
- How do I pay for the subscription?
You’ll receive a monthly invoice via email. Payments must be made via bank transfer to the account listed on the invoice.
- How do I pay for using the Pcard+?
At the end of each month, you’ll receive an invoice for all parking sessions via email. For parking outside Poland, the invoice will be issued by our local partner.
