Whether you're looking for information about pre-booking a parking spot, parking subscriptions, or something else, here you'll find everything you need for a smooth parking experience.

  • How do I get a receipt?

    Receipts are available only during payment at the automatic payment machine. Select the appropriate option when paying.

  • How do I get a subscription?

    Choose your preferred car park and fill out the subscription form online. Note: subscriptions are not available at all locations

  • How do I get an invoice for a reservation?

    A download link is included in your reservation confirmation. Make sure to select “I want an invoice” and provide your details during booking.

  • How do I get an invoice for parking?

    You must have a receipt. Send a scan of it along with your invoice details to bok@interparking.com.

  • How do I get an invoice for the Pcard app?

    Invoices are issued based on the data entered in the Pcard app. Business details are not accepted. Email bok@interparking.com to request an invoice.

  • How do I pay for parking?

    You can pay at automatic payment machines using cash or card. Check the parking description for other payment options.

  • How do I pay for the subscription?

    You’ll receive a monthly invoice via email. Payments must be made via bank transfer to the account listed on the invoice.

  • How do I pay for using the Pcard+?

    At the end of each month, you’ll receive an invoice for all parking sessions via email. For parking outside Poland, the invoice will be issued by our local partner.

  • I don’t see the QR code in my reservation confirmation.

    The QR code is embedded as an image. Ensure your device allows image display. If it’s still missing, contact us at 783 008 008 or bok@interparking.com.

  • I lost my ticket – what now?

    If the machine doesn’t offer a “lost ticket” option, press the help button. Staff will assist you. A fee will apply according to the parking price list.
