  • Can I use the parking without a reservation?

    Yes, you can use the parking without a reservation – provided there are available spaces. However, we recommend booking in advance, especially at airport car parks, to guarantee a spot and often get a better price.

  • Can vehicles with LPG installations park?

    Check the parking description for any restrictions regarding LPG vehicles.

  • Do I have to pay for parking while charging my vehicle?

    Yes, parking is also charged in this case according to the applicable price list. Vehicle charging is handled via the EloCity app, available for download in the App Store or Google Play.   • Does a reservation guarantee a dedicated spot?

    Reservations guarantee availability but not a specific spot. You may park in any available space.

  • Does the card work at all Interparking locations?

    No, check www.pcard.pl for supported locations.

  • Does the Pcard app work at all Interparking car parks?

    No, the Pcard app does not work at all car parks. You can check this in the app by selecting the appropriate filter.

  • How can I contact Interparking?

    Call our Customer Service at 783 008 008 or email bok@interparking.com. We’re available Monday to Friday, 8:30–16:30. In case of any issues at the parking, assistance is available 24/7 – simply use the help button located on the devices.

  • How do I cancel or change my subscription?

    Use the subscription change/cancellation form on our website or email: abonamenty@interparking.com. The notice period starts on the first day of the month following the cancellation request and lasts until the end of that month.

  • How do I file a complaint?

    Use the contact form on our website or email bok@interparking.com.

  • How do I get a Pcard+?

    Visit www.pcard.pl to order your card.
