  • Are the car parks guarded?
    No, our car parks are not guarded but are equipped with monitoring systems.
  • Are the car parks monitored?
    Yes, most of our car parks are under video surveillance. Check the specific parking page for details.
  • Can I cancel my reservation?
    Yes, cancellations are allowed before the reservation period starts. Use the “Manage Reservation” link in your confirmation email. A cancellation fee applies: PLN 5 for city car parks and PLN 10 for airport car parks.

    Yes, you can modify your reservation using the “Manage Reservation” link in your confirmation email. Changes are only possible before the reservation period begins.
  • Can I enter and exit the parking multiple times during my reservation?
    This depends on the product and parking type. Details are available during booking and in your confirmation.
  • Can I get a refund if I didn’t use my reservation?
    No, refunds are not available for unused reservations.
  • Can I reserve a disabled parking space?
    No, reservations for disabled spaces are not possible. However, such spaces are usually available on-site.
  • Can I sign a subscription contract at the parking office?
    No, subscriptions are only available online via the dedicated form.
  • Can I suspend my subscription temporarily?
