Are electric vehicle charging stations available?

Not all car parks have them. Check the parking description for availability.

Do I have to pay for parking while charging my vehicle?

Yes, parking is also charged in this case according to the applicable price list. Vehicle charging is handled via the EloCity app, available for download in the App Store or Google Play.
