Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, cancellations are allowed before the reservation period starts. Use the “Manage Reservation” link in your confirmation email. A cancellation fee applies: PLN 5 for city car parks and PLN 10 for airport car parks.

Yes, you can modify your reservation using the “Manage Reservation” link in your confirmation email. Changes are only possible before the reservation period begins.

Can I enter and exit the parking multiple times during my reservation?

This depends on the product and parking type. Details are available during booking and in your confirmation.

Can I get a refund if I didn’t use my reservation?

No, refunds are not available for unused reservations.

Can I reserve a disabled parking space?

No, reservations for disabled spaces are not possible. However, such spaces are usually available on-site.

Can I use the parking without a reservation?

Yes, you can use the parking without a reservation – provided there are available spaces. However, we recommend booking in advance, especially at airport car parks, to guarantee a spot and often get a better price.

Does a reservation guarantee a dedicated spot?

Reservations guarantee availability but not a specific spot. You may park in any available space.

How do I get an invoice for a reservation?

A download link is included in your reservation confirmation. Make sure to select “I want an invoice” and provide your details during booking.

I don’t see the QR code in my reservation confirmation.

The QR code is embedded as an image. Ensure your device allows image display. If it’s still missing, contact us at 783 008 008 or bok@interparking.com.

I will arrive in a different car than the one specified in the reservation. What should I do?

You can change the license plate number using the 'Manage Reservation' link available in the confirmation email.If you don’t manage to update the information in time – no worries. The QR code will still allow entry to the parking, even if the license plate number is different from the one originally provided.

I've exceeded the parking time specified in my reservation. What next?

Overtime payment methods vary by property. Details can be found in your booking confirmation.

What happens if I arrive earlier or later than my reservation time?

City car parks allow a 30-minute early entry tolerance, while airport car parks allow up to 6 hours. You can also enter at any time during your reservation period.
