The fee is charged in advance for each commenced 24-hour period during which an event is taking place. It applies on selected dates, such as matches at nearby stadiums or entertainment events near the parking lot. Information about the currently active event rate is displayed at the parking lot entrance terminal.

Charging is handled via the EloCity app, available for download from the App Store or Google Play. Complaints, payments, billing, invoicing, and comprehensive service are handled by EloCity.
