Available 24/7; we offer transport by an electric bus that takes passengers to/ from the terminal.

There are 4 EV charging places available to charge electric cars in the car park.
Cars are charged via the EloCity application available for download in the App Store or Google Play. Complaints, payments, settlements, invoices, comprehensive service are carried out by EloCity. All technical information is available at the EloCity number: +48 22 290 79 92 or by e-mail: support@elo.city The price valid from 02/10/2023 is PLN 1.80 gross per kWh (previously 1,50 PLN gross per kWh). We encourage you to check the prices at our charging stations each time via the EloCity application, as they may change.
There are around 450 parking spaces at your disposal at our long-term car park located nearby Krakow Airport in Balice. In order to facilitate and speed up the process, there is a possibility to book and pay on-line in advance. There is a bus stop dedicated for our shuttle service which will pick you to/from the terminal, payment machine, additional entrance and exit from the parking for customers who wants to go to the terminal by themselves (5 minutes walking distance).
